Q1: How long have you been with Exploros?
A1: Since 2014.

Q2: Why did you join the Exploros team?
A2: I've been working with Brad and Yoel in the previous company, and it seemed like a natural fit. I have always loved the area and enjoyed working with the team.

Q3: How do you achieve success in your role at Exploros?
A3: Real success lies in receiving feedback from our users and witnessing their accomplishments and progress through the utilization of our platform.

Q4: What is the best advice you’ve ever received in your career at Exploros?
A4: Innovation requires guidance. Without a clear understanding of how to engage with our users and connect with them on their terms, the perceived value of what we think can assist them diminishes significantly.

Q5: Tell us about your career path leading to Exploros.
A5: Around two decades ago, I landed in Tel Aviv with dreams of becoming a stellar bartender. Fate, however, had a different plan. A friend working in a restaurant suggested that her father had just started an ed-tech company and might have something for me. Her father was Yoel. That unplanned twist marked my entry into the high-tech realm, and I've been navigating it ever since. My journey included a stint in my own startup that didn't quite take off, a few years in an app development company, and the fortuitous opportunity to rejoin Yoel's and Brad’s team.

Q6: What do you love most about what you do at Exploros?
A6: I enjoy learning different facets of the job and delving into the intricacies of our product and industry.

Q7: Share a surprising or fun fact about you.
A7: All of our pets are named after fruit and Cheetos. Banana (Dog), Raspberry and Cherry (Rabbits), Peach, Strawberry, Lemon, Pineapple, Mango, Kiwi, Green Grape, Purple Grape, and Cheetos (Chickens).
