Log in to get access to customer support.

Option 1: In-App Help

Log in to the Exploros App and choose the Help option from the left-hand menu. This will launch a full guide, with tips and videos on how to set up classes and teach using Exploros, progressing all the way through advanced use.

Option 2: In-App Chat

Log in to the Exploros App and choose the chat icon on the lower right of the screen. We also use this chat to send you periodic guiding messages, so please check them out and let us know if you have any questions!

What does Exploros cost?

You can try Exporos for free. The cost of Exploros depends upon which curriculum program and feature set you are using it for. See the subscription page to learn about subscription options.

What does Exploros require, technically?

Exploros is a web platform. It requires an Internet connection of at least 5Mbps per user and support two latest versions of the following browsers: Chrome, Safari. Supported OS: Chromebook (two latest versions), iOS (two latest versions), Mac OS X (10.7+), Windows (7+)

Where can I get curriculum?

Exploros has programs for Digital Citizenship, Social Studies, and English Language Arts. Our curriculum partners offer additional programs. Please check out the curriculum page for more information. Some of the programs you can trial directly to your app and others are available through publishing partners. Please reach out on live chat if you have specific questions.

Is Exploros Google Classroom compatible?

Yes. Exploros is a Google Partner and is integrated with Classroom, Docs, and Google SSO.

Where do teachers and students log in?

You can log in here on the site or directly at https://app,exploros.com. If you are using Google Classroom, your students can access Exploros directly from within Classroom for assignments posted there.
